Ginger tea for Kylee and Ben
Hi Kylee and Ben,
I hope you are both well.
This is how you make ginger infusion for first cold symptoms:
- peel and chop (or grate) some ginger root (~3cm), and turmeric root (~5cm).
- put in a big jar, add 4 cloves.
- pour hot water, cover jar and leave aside for 5-10 minutes.
When the liquid has cooled down a little:
- squeeze in 1 lemon
- add a couple of tablespoons of honey (depending on how sweet you like it)
That’s it — very simple!
